About

Dr. Teng received awards for both clinical and research work. Two of the accolades include the Gold Star Award for the Best Resident and the Young Surgeon Research Award at the Western New York Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Teng is board-certified in Colon Rectal Surgery and is board-certified in General Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons and American College of Surgeons. His interests include Robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, inflammatory bowel disease and cancer, especially prevention of colon, rectal and anal cancer.
