David Burns, MD is certified by the American Board of Surgery and has a special interest in Gastrointestinal surgery with a focus on minimally invasive techniques. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Rochester, an Associate Member of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and a member of the Society of Advanced Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgery (SAGES). Dr. Burns sees patients at UR Medicine – Highland Hospital.
