Dr. Joseph Pinkhas grew up in Queens, New York. He completed his undergraduate degree at Adelphi University and medical degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Geisinger Northeast, and went on to join the Catholic Health System as a board-certified minimally invasive and robotic General Surgeon. Dr. Pinkhas specializes in abdominal wall hernias, gallbladder disease, colon and bowel diseases, breast disease. Dr. Pinkhas operates primarily at St. Charles Hospital and St. Catherine's Hospital.
